2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of the processing

a) When accessing the website

When accessing our website www.pro-videntia.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your device. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called logfile. Without any action on your part, the following information is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted.

• IP address of the computer sending the request,
• date and time of the access,
• name and URL of the file requested,
• the website from which the access was made (referrer),
• the browser used and if necessary, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

The data listed is processed by us for the following purposes:

• to provide smooth connecting to the website,
• to provide comfortable use of our website,
• to evaluate the system security and stability and
• for other administrative purposes.

The basis for the processing refers to Art. 6 of Par. 1 C. 1 point F GDPR. Our legitimate interest refers to the purposes of processing listed above. In no case we will use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions to your person.

b) Hosting

This website is operated by pro System GmbH, Veit-Stoß-Straße 4a, 90513 Zirndorf, Germany. The provider processes the server log data arising when the site is accessed on our behalf as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Processing takes place exclusively in a data centre located in Germany.

3. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is only transferred to third-parties for the following purposes.

We only transfer your personal data to third parties when:

• You have given your express consent according to Art. 6 Par. 1 C. 1 point a GDPR,
• the the transfer is necessary according to Art. 6 Par. 1 C. 1 point f GDPR for the purposes of the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and when there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-communication of your data,
• the transfer is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation according to Art. 6 Par. 1 C. 1 point c GDPR and
• it is lawful and necessary for the settlement of the terms and conditions of a contract with you according to Art. 6 Par. 1 C. 1 point b GDPR.

4. Rights of the data subject

You shall have the right:

• to obtain access to your personal data we process according to Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you have the right to obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint, any available information as to their source when the personal data are not collected from us and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about the details;
• to obtain without undue delay rectification of inaccurate personal data stored by us and to have incomplete personal data stored by us completed according to Art. 16 GDPR;
• to obtain the erasure of your personal data stored by us according to Art. 17 GDPR, when the data processing is not necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• to obtain restriction of processing your personal data according to Art. 18 GDPR when you contest the accuracy of the data, when the processing is unlawful but when you oppose the erasure of the data and when we do not longer need the data but when you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or when you have objected to processing according to Art. 21 GDPR;
• to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller according to Art. 20 GDPR;
• to withdraw your consent at any time according to Art. 7 Par. 3 GDPR. This means that we are no longer allowed to process your data in future, which was possible in the past due to your consent.
• and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR. In general, you can contact the supervisory authority of your place of usual residence or workplace or of our office.

5. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies. No information is stored on or read from your device beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the pages. Consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG is therefore not required and no cookie banner is needed.

The website does not embed any third-party content. No external fonts, map services, analytics or tracking tools or social media elements are loaded. Only files from our own server are transmitted when the pages are accessed.

6. Right to object

When the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Par. 1 C. 1 point f GDPR, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data according to Art. 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation or when data are processed for direct marketing purposes. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, without giving any particular reason, which is then considered by us.

7. Data security

On our website we use the widespread SSL system (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption that is supported by your browser. In general, this is the 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support the 256-bit encryption, we use the 128-bit-v3-technology. You can see whether data are being transmitted via a secure encrypted connection when your browser displays an icon showing a closed key or lock in the lower status bar of your browser. Furthermore, we apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction and unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are constantly being improved in accordance with the technological development.
